On February 26, Fast Group held the second 2024 Party Committee Theoretical Center Group Study Meeting, chaired and led by Party Committee Secretary and Chairman Ma Xuyao. The meeting focused on the spirit of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee meeting, General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the 2024 Spring Festival Reunion, Premier Li Qiang's Shaanxi research instructions and requirements, the Party History Study and Education Work Regulations and other content. The meeting also conveyed the spirit of the provincial organization ministers meeting.

The meeting requested that we should be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era, grasp the primary task of high-quality development, completely, accurately and comprehensively implement the new development concept, promote industrial innovation with scientific and technological innovation, accelerate the cultivation and development of new-quality productive forces, better drive and promote the transformation and upgrading of the economy.

At the meeting, Chen Bing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of Fast Group, gave an exchange speech based on practical work. Li Yan, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Committee and Ombudsman of Fast Group, submitted a written statement.
